At Fragrance Nevaeh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original, unopened packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
